• Account registration is free of charge. aac67 does not charge a fee to open, maintain, or close a player account.
• aac67 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to close an existing account, at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

aac67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. aac67 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard-verified accounts.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Payments made from accounts not belonging to the Player may be returned, with associated costs deducted.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days for verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience extended processing times or temporary withdrawal holds.
• aac67 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. In cases where a payment provider applies its own transaction charges, these may be reflected in the net withdrawal amount received by the Player.
• aac67 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

aac67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the specific promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, these general Terms shall prevail unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. No bonus winnings may be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been fully met. The rollover requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• aac67 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend bonus terms, and to disqualify any Player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or other fraudulent activity.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and are limited to one welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players who open multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all accounts permanently closed.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless the individual promotion states otherwise. Unused free spins expire automatically after this period.
• Cash deposits and real-money balances are always used before bonus balances. Bonus funds are ring-fenced from real-money balances and are tracked separately within your account.

5. Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the aac67 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, with all balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name or under a different identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any restriction placed on a prior account.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.

• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity. aac67 is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or technical malfunction to gain credits, free spins, or any other benefit not intended to be awarded under the normal operation of a game. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, or any communication with aac67 customer support.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the aac67 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of aac67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aac67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other commercial loss or damage, even if aac67 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aac67 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may occasionally cause temporary service interruptions. aac67 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible and will not be liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of a service interruption.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

aac67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where the situation requires immediate action:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including engaging in prohibited conduct, providing false information, or failing to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• aac67 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• The Player has requested account closure as part of a self-exclusion request or for any personal reason. Accounts closed at a Player's request may be subject to a standard withdrawal processing period before any remaining balance is returned.
• aac67 is required to take action against the account by a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court order, or as a result of a chargeback dispute initiated by the Player's payment provider.

10. Amendments to These Terms

aac67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aac67 will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and may notify Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
